The first round was an online MCQ + coding round. They asked questions from C, networks, OS, and basic data structures. The coding question was a little tricky and required the use of graphs to solve it.

Pros: Less stress.
Good work/life balance.
You get a lot of time to focus on other things/sports.
Highly flexible timings.
Cons: Stagnant growth opportunities.
In comparison to other top-tier software companies, CTC offered is much less, and the annual bonus offered isn't that great.
