I got an interview through a referral. There were two rounds: * Technical * HR The technical round was through WebEx. Most of the questions were based on my resume. The HR round was through the phone.

- 5 rounds - Still waiting for a reply. Sent an email to HR multiple times about status. No reply. - HR is the worst. Don't believe in them. If you haven't heard from them in a week, then look for a job in another company.

I gave my resume at the career fair and got an interview directly, which was on the second day. It was a face-to-face interview, and the interviewer asked me almost entirely non-technical questions. Most were based on my resume.
