Efficient But Monotonous Work

Pros: They are by far the most efficient company I've ever seen on just about every aspect. Every process is streamlined, and everything is carefully measured. I have learned a lot there.
Cons: Management is so good at getting red tape out of the way that your only job is to work. Eight hours of doing the same thing without any "side tasks" takes its toll quite quickly. In addition, things are not doing too well there, and I doubt it's the best company to grow with at the moment.

Pros: After assessing your skills, they'll give you a project you can take on and own. They gave me a problem and the freedom to solve it in the manner I chose. It was intimidating, but I appreciated the level of trust, and it was an amazing learning opportunity.
Cons: I was given a lot of autonomy. I was a little lost at first. They didn't give much guidance, so I got what I put into my work. If you don't know when to ask for help, they won't tell you. This was the team's first co-op, so they didn't have much experience.

Pros: The team members are very nice and supportive. It is very easy to communicate with the management.
Cons: The pace is very slow. You could start to lose your competitiveness if you don't drive yourself toward higher goals.
