Process

After applying with an in-company recommendation, I was contacted about an interview in about a week.

There were two different interviews, both purely behavioral and asking about my experience.

The first was with an engineering manager.
The second was with the engineer I would be working under.

Overall, the experience was easy.

A company that does not care for any of their employees

Software Development • Former Employee

Pros: Work from home, in my case, along with many out there. That's it.

Cons: Managers do not care for you. What matters is the stock price, and they will lay off anyone to achieve their numbers. No matter if you are the most experienced, they will not access that fact and will let you go instead of letting go of one or even five people who have less combined knowledge than you. Low pay, even if you are there for a long time and have gained a lot of experience.
