Pros: Work from home, in my case, along with many out there. That's it.

Cons: Managers do not care for you. What matters is the stock price, and they will lay off anyone to achieve their numbers. No matter if you are the most experienced, they will not access that fact and will let you go instead of letting go of one or even five people who have less combined knowledge than you. Low pay, even if you are there for a long time and have gained a lot of experience.
