Flexible working hours. You can take unlimited sick leaves. No pressure environment. You will get to know office politics.
The increment is not good.
No free food or snacks or tea/coffee (I mean, come on).
No learning or professional growth for freshers.
If you are not smart, you will be a victim of office politics, and the results will be very bad.
Please create a better management structure for freshers and ask about their preferences for technology and their working place.
If you give your employees what they want, they will give you what you want. It is that simple.
