Good environment, work-life balance, and culture.
No cons, but a learning curve. It will be stable.
No advice for now.
I received a call from HR for an interview. Before the interview, I had to complete two tests, each lasting around 30 minutes. The interview location was IBM Yerwada, Pune. I reached there at around 10 am. It was the worst experience I have ever had.
My interview was scheduled by a consultant in Hyderabad. I went to their office and after a two-hour wait, attended the technical interview. I was asked very basic questions on Oracle PL/SQL and about Unix commands. The total time taken was around 30
The interview process consisted of one telephonic round, followed by one face-to-face interview round, and finally an HR round. It took one month to release the offer. They intentionally released the offer with less compensation than what was promis
