Great teaming, very good benefits, and compensation.
Too easy to get pigeonholed by management. The tradition of "resourcing" senior, experienced staff is alive and well. Restricted seniority pyramids make developing one's career path very limiting. Many other modern companies encourage growth and career development.
Time for executives to take control and drive a mission, rather than to simply allow bean counters to make business-crippling decisions.
