Software Developer
It was okay. It was an interesting way of doing things, where I learned new things. The interviewers were offshore, and some things were quite new to them as well. Overall, it was a good experience and interesting sharing.
Quality Assurance
Firstly, there is an online aptitude test. Once cleared, you appear for the interview. The interview process is two-step. After the interview is cleared, you are brought in for the introduction and policies of the company.
