Applied 19 jobs and received a call for only one. One phone call was from the manager. Another phone call was from the developers. The manager decided and called for salary negotiation. Apply online, and the best thing is to have a reference.

3 rounds: First was a written round with two coding questions sent over email. Second round was a virtual interview. It was technical, mostly C++ questions. Third round was managerial and behavioral with the Manager.

It was a nice interview session. I interviewed for the IBM z/VM systems team, working for their virtualization team. Most of the questions were behavioral. Some questions covered background and projects, and also the Linux kernel.
