Too many sticks, not enough carrots.
Process sometimes restricts doing 'the right thing' to the detriment of everyone.
Mobile working is great, but it is harder to team effectively, and that can sometimes be isolating.
Remember that it is the people that make IBM great – and return the focus onto motivating, rewarding, and developing them. There is too much focus on reducing expenses, leading to a demotivated workforce.
