Cons: Erratic senior leadership is causing churn at lower levels. Org-wide priorities are started without proper vetting, then abandoned.
There's a seeming constant parade of re-orgs.
Pay is not bad, but FAANG is far better.
There's extremely limited growth potential once you're a staff engineer or equivalent.
