Standard interview process with whiteboarding questions meant to gauge your understanding of algorithms. My specific interviewer seemed bored the entire time, as if he didn't want to be there. It made it difficult to focus on the actual problems, since I was worried I just wasn't going to move to the next round based on that alone.

Cons: High compensation leads to employees expecting and demanding more and more perks, creating a somewhat toxic environment. Many employees do not have much perspective on the greater world. One senior engineer claimed that they were "poor," which I found ridiculous. As evidenced by the Russian election scandal, the company as a whole has very little understanding of the side-effects of its mission. "Open and more connected," but at what price?
