Process
The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter, who asked basic OOP questions.
On the same phone call, a second interview, a Zoom meeting, was scheduled for later that week.
The second interview included a QA and a software engineer and was more technical and in-depth. Some behavioral questions were asked regarding teamwork, challenges, strengths, weaknesses, and development preferences.

What is the difference between a class and an object?
What is polymorphism and how is it used in Object-Oriented Design (OOD)?
What is the difference between overriding and overloading, and when would you use each one?
Design a payroll system that generates PDF and JSON reports for full-time, part-time, and contract employees. The PDF reports are sent to the client and do not include bank information. The JSON reports are sent to the bank and include bank information.
