Process
I was interviewed by a recruiter and then had a technical interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager gave me three coding challenges, and I answered them decently with a lot of discussion, sharing my thought process. He responded in a very positive way, and the call ended. Later, the recruiter emailed me that the team felt I was not the right fit, without giving any further details. It would have been nice if the hiring manager or recruiter had provided some constructive feedback.
