The interview process began with a first phone call with a recruiter. This was followed by a technical phone screening. Next, there was a Skype interview with the Durham Team, and then a Skype interview with the San Jose Team. Feedback for all rounds was provided within a week, and the interviewers were very friendly.

Cons: Unreal levels of micromanagement and interference, certain delusional employees, employee bloat.
Bad management, bad management, bad management. Cannot stress this enough.

Pros: The culture is pretty much like any other startup company. However, the only advantage is since most of the management is from big companies, the working style is kind of "free" and the people are really humble.
Growth opportunities are good, and so is the work. There's good work and personal life balance.
Benefits are being worked upon in the Bangalore office and should be among the best in the market soon.
Overtime benefits and other perks are excellent.
Cons: Apart from the fact that this is a startup in India, the office is kind of small and limited just now.
None apart from this.
