Pros: Flexible work, great benefits, stock & bonus.
Cons: The way the last layoffs were handled seems to have lost the concept of Ohana, by the way.

Pros: - Work/life balance, flexible hours, easy to take time off of work to focus on your family.
- Caring a lot about the wellbeing of its employees (actually, I've never seen any company like this before, especially during COVID).
- Very inclusive environment.
- Encourages giving back to the community (VTO hours).
- Senior management knows what they are doing.
- Smart people work here.
Cons: Some of the orgs at Salesforce are a little bit slow to move with the industry standards when it comes to cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
