Process

The hiring process was very lengthy:

  • HR phone screening
  • Hiring manager interview (45 minutes)
  • Coding interview (1 hour)
  • Virtual interviews with 5 people (1 hour each, including one coding and design round)

This process took place over a couple of days, then after two weeks, and then after another week.

I was pretty confident about how things went, and the hiring manager seemed very confident in me.

After spending almost 8-10 hours of my valuable time and going through a 3-4 week process, one fine day, HR simply emailed with standard words.

I am really not sure if they really want to hire people or if they are just wasting candidates' time.
