Nice to work at; nice office.
Not much to say for cons.
Useless technical hiring team. They give generic feedback like "not up to standards" when it is clear the solution I submitted passed all tests (given by them) and was a fully working solution.
Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. There are several rounds of interview. * 4-hour timed take-home assignment: Object-oriented design (OOD) + coding. * 1.5-hour review of assignment with 2 engineers. Introduction to the company + culture fit.
Applied online through a campus career fair. Was invited to a meet and greet a few weeks after. Then told to apply online. Applied online and received a simple 25-minute HackerRank challenge. Afterwards, had a behavioral phone interview. Then invited
