Process
The interview process involved several modules: coding, systems design, and behavioral.
Overall, there were seven interviews in total for what I thought was an Engineering Manager role.
I received an offer, but it was a bait and switch. They offered me a Senior Engineer role.
This reflects a typical Uber lack of integrity and abuse of power to try to cheat their workers. The organization acts unethically.
My recommendation is not to let them play games with you and to walk away if you feel they are.
