Good Employee benefits. Good Salary compared to the type of work. Big name for resume
Work-life balance is not good due to unnecessary meetings post office hours in the name of shift handover. I feel like I'm working 9 AM - 9 PM.
Too much politics between individuals.
No knowledge sharing.
Garbage work for the India office is assigned by people sitting in the US.
Work doesn't match the JD.
Appraisals are based on the number of Jira tickets you can show.
If you like a team spirit environment, then I think Walmart is not for you. If you are a lone wolf and can handle politics, you can join.
I had this experience in the team I joined. It might be that other teams will be better.
