This was an interview for the role of 'Senior Performance Engineer'. I felt I was probably overqualified for the job; I knew this role inside and out (now, that may be a bad thing).
Here's how it went:
He completely skipped my CV, likely having not read it. I'm not sure, then he blabbered some silly questions related to the mean of response times. I wasn't sure what he wanted.
He then presented a hard problem from LeetCode and went completely silent, not a word, no response to anything. I was probably halfway through when 'time was up.' It took me another 45 minutes later to solve it on my own.
I needed to warn about the possibility of running into unscrupulous individuals at Workday. Needless to say, they never got back afterwards.
Blabbered some questions on software response times.
