They're seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Vienna office, where the main Product Development Hub is located. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on quality assurance work, requiring expertise in both automated and manual testing, particularly for AI-driven features.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of QA engineering experience and strong technical skills in AWS, SQL, Java, and TypeScript. Responsibilities For Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
- Lead all software quality efforts including product design, development, and testing
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including automated and manual tests
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and workflows
- Oversee release management process
- Define and track quality metrics
- Serve as primary quality assurance liaison with executive team
- Implement AI quality control processes
- Participate in product design and development stages

Requirements For Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
