Cloud Software Developer (DevOps)

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking a Cloud Software Developer (DevOps) to join their team of 13,000+ professionals dedicated to helping the US federal government strengthen national security and improve public services. This role is crucial in building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, leveraging expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize DevSecOps to accelerate enterprise cloud adoption
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment principles
• Identify, prototype, engineer, and deploy emerging software engineering methodologies and tools
• Automate and enhance DevSecOps pipelines
• Define and promote enterprise software engineering and DevSecOps standards
• Operate and support enterprise DevSecOps services

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience with various programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., Terraform)
• 1+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services
• 1+ years of experience with container technologies like Kubernetes
• 1+ years of experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance
