Responsibilities For AI Engineer / Workflow Automations
- Own end-to-end automation initiatives across departments—from scoping to deployment
- Integrate LLMs (via OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into real business flows
- Use tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), custom Python, Google Cloud, and SaaS APIs to automate manual workflows and reporting
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders in ops, CX, finance, and growth
- Maintain and improve existing automation infrastructure in Google Cloud and SaaS platforms
Requirements For AI Engineer / Workflow Automations
- Experience automating business workflows end-to-end using no-code tools and code-based solutions
- Comfortable navigating and integrating LLM APIs into operational flows
- Proficiency in Python, Google Cloud (esp. Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Firestore), and common e-comm APIs
- Great communicator who can whiteboard with stakeholders
- Bias for action: thrive in fast-paced environments
- E-commerce or DTC experience (bonus)
- Familiarity with data pipelines or event-driven architectures (bonus)
- Portfolio of automations, bots, or workflow tools (bonus)
