Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Adobe's Experience Intelligence team is seeking a passionate Senior Full-stack ML Engineer to join their Content Generation team. The role focuses on transforming research-level proof of concepts into production systems like Genstudio for Performance Marketing. The team's mission is to empower customers to generate high-performing, on-brand marketing content at scale.

The position involves driving system design, assessing ML models, developing production data/ML pipelines, creating automation architecture, building visualizations, and deploying systems. The team consists of diverse engineers and scientists with deep expertise in machine learning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Training and fine-tuning ML models for business use cases
• Architecting and optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines
• Data analysis and model recommendation
• Full lifecycle involvement in ML systems

Requirements include:

• PhD or postgraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of ML Engineering experience with successful customer deliveries
• 2+ years hands-on experience with generative AI technologies
• Strong Python and deep learning skills
• Experience with LLM frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of deployment technologies and cloud platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
