As a Senior Mobile iOS Developer on the Document Cloud Mobile team in San Jose, you'll join a creative and collaborative group building applications used by millions of customers working with billions of documents. The Adobe Scan mobile application is experiencing tremendous growth due to the accelerated transition to digital workflows.
In this role, you'll work alongside world-class developers to shape the future of document management on mobile devices. The position offers significant opportunity for technical innovation and product influence, as you'll be responsible for designing and developing features that drive user engagement and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in iOS development using Swift or Objective-C. You should have a strong foundation in computer science (BS/MS or equivalent) and a proven track record of shipping and maintaining mobile applications. The role requires both technical excellence and strong communication skills, as you'll be working independently while also engaging directly with users to understand their needs.
Adobe offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $153,600 to $286,600 annually, adjusted for geographic location. Responsibilities For Senior Mobile iOS Developer- Growth
- Design and develop new features and experiments that drive engagement and new revenue for our iOS application
- Collaborate with product management, design, and other developers to build features that enrich our ecosystem
- Own features focused on engagement, retention, and subscription sales
- Work as part of a diverse and dynamic team to craft and validate code for mobile applications
- Engage directly with users to assess problems and understand issues they may be experiencing
Requirements For Senior Mobile iOS Developer- Growth
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in software engineering, including experience developing, shipping, and maintaining mobile applications
- Strong technical background and analytical abilities in software design, implementation, and problem-solving
- Knowledge and experience in iOS development (Objective-C or Swift)
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, solving problems and overcoming challenges as they arise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bonus: Experience working in C++
