Software Development Engineer in Test

As a Software Development Engineer in Test on the core Acrobat Web team in Boston, you'll be part of a dynamic Agile team focused on delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.

The role offers substantial ownership and influence in building and growing Acrobat Web. You'll be involved in critical decisions about product direction and have significant input into what we build next. The position focuses on building phenomenal digital experiences and creating global, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Improving current automation test frameworks with new functionalities
• Filing detailed issue reports for failing tests and creating automated test cases to verify fixes
• Reviewing specifications and test plans to identify coverage gaps
• Staying current with new testing tools and strategies
• Continuously improving testing and automation processes
• Working effectively in an evolving environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science with strong fundamentals
• 5+ years of full-stack Web Development in a testing role
• Hands-on experience with test frameworks (Selenium) and test development
• Experience with CI/CD and web performance testing
• Strong background in bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle
• JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, ES6 expertise is a plus
