Sr. Director, Engineering Operations

Adobe Express Engineering and Data Operations organization is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering Operations to lead multiple teams responsible for critical engineering infrastructure. This role will oversee CI/CD and Experimentation Platforms, Data pipelines for analytics, Developer Tools, Observability, Delivery Pipelines and Engineering environments.

The ideal candidate will be a technology leader who can bridge technical and business requirements, articulating both near-term action plans and long-term vision while driving rapid milestone achievement. They will serve as a cultural evangelist for DevOps and SRE principles to enhance engineering productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a 100+ engineering and data team
• Driving architecture, execution and delivery of CI/CD Platforms, Developer Tools, and related engineering infrastructure
• Creating strategy for building enterprise-scale experimentation platform
• Fostering collaboration culture across product, engineering, and marketing
• Setting standards for patterns, frameworks, technologies and processes
• Establishing and tracking KPIs and SLAs for engineering productivity

The role requires extensive experience in:

• Leading high-growth enterprise services in cloud environments
• Managing large-scale development frameworks, CI/CD infrastructure, and test automation
• Understanding statistics, data science, and large-scale data processing
• Building/using A/B testing infrastructure and SRE operating models
• Working with public cloud platforms and open-source technologies
• Setting up end-to-end delivery systems and performance engineering
