Sr. Director, Enterprise Architect

Adobe is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture to lead innovation and accelerate delivery within Adobe Technology Services (ATS). This is a key leadership role focused on crafting and implementing robust, scalable systems that deliver strategic business objectives across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Commerce, Finance, Customer Support, Analytics and Employee Experience applications.

The role requires an experienced technology leader who can bridge business strategy with technical execution. You'll be responsible for establishing and running a Center of Excellence practice spanning the entire technology spectrum, while partnering with teams to develop structured business architecture approaches and roadmaps that support both short and long-term objectives.

Key aspects of the role include providing practical knowledge in implementing AI/ML solutions, designing scalable data architectures, and staying ahead of technology trends. You'll collaborate across Adobe to build and implement technical standards and governance, while maintaining tight alignment between business and product strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in software development and service lifecycle management for large-scale systems. You should have a proven track record of leading architecture teams, excellent communication skills to articulate technical vision across multiple stakeholder groups, and deep knowledge of modern application technologies including mobile, analytics, AI/ML and business intelligence.

This role offers an opportunity to shape the technical direction of Adobe's enterprise systems while working with cutting-edge technologies. The compensation reflects the senior level of the position, with a salary range of $187,200 - $420,000 annually plus additional benefits including equity awards and annual incentives.
