Responsibilities For Senior AI Agent Developer
- Design, build, and iterate on AI agents leveraging GPT models and multi-agent frameworks
- Develop infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring
- Conduct rigorous behavior testing and validation
- Integrate AI agents with Azure AI services, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform
- Apply security, compliance, and privacy best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Document agent behavior, test results, and learnings
Requirements For Senior AI Agent Developer
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning
- Proficiency in Python for development and scripting
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and OpenAI API
- Familiarity with Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, Langchain, CrewAI) preferred
