Founding Engineer (UK)

Aglide is seeking a founding full-stack engineer to help build their innovative agentic SSO platform. The role involves direct collaboration with unicorn/decacorn customers and working independently in their London office to support global coverage.

The company has developed a novel solution that connects any app to a company's SSO without traditional protocols, addressing a critical security gap in the industry. Their technology has gained significant traction, with major companies discovering them through Reddit and closing substantial deals.

As a founding engineer, you'll:

• Participate in customer calls to understand their security challenges
• Develop and implement solutions rapidly
• Work independently while maintaining high security standards
• Help shape the future of a fast-growing startup

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years full-stack experience with Node/Express, Postgres, and React
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with TypeScript, Electron, web automation, and Chrome Extensions (preferred)
• Background in secure systems and zero-trust architecture
• Knowledge of SSO and identity management
