Senior Fullstack Engineer Community Support Engineering

Airbnb, a global leader in the travel and accommodation industry founded in 2007, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their Community Support Platform (CSP) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to impact the technology that powers Airbnb's global community support operations, specifically within the Agent Routing and Case team.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 USD, along with benefits including equity, bonuses, and employee travel credits. As a senior engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building solutions that enhance agent productivity and improve customer support experiences across Airbnb's platform, which has facilitated over 2 billion guest arrivals worldwide.

The role requires 6+ years of full stack development experience and expertise in modern technologies including Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and similar frameworks. You'll be working in a diverse team of talented engineers, collaborating closely with product and design partners to shape technical vision and deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving the full development cycle from technical design to launch, contributing to team roadmap and technical direction, and building novel products and features. The position is remote-eligible within the United States (with some restrictions), offering flexibility while maintaining connection through occasional office visits or offsites.
