Akur8, a dynamic Insurtech scale-up, is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Engineering team in Montreal. The company is transforming insurance pricing with transparent machine learning, serving over 320 clients across 4 continents. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end development of their E2E pricing platform, using technologies like Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Angular, and AWS.

The position offers a unique blend of technical challenges and client interaction, focusing on developing features for their modeling platform and live-rating solution. You'll be working with complex business logic and large data volumes, while potentially engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and support integration.
