Full Stack iOS Software Engineer

Alinea is seeking a strong full stack engineer to join their team. This role offers growth potential towards VP Engineering or continued focus on hands-on product development. As a Y Combinator backed start-up with $5.5M in seed funding from investors like Goodwater Capital, F7 Ventures, and GFR, Alinea is building an investing app specifically for GenZ users.

The ideal candidate will work directly with the founding team on developing and implementing the Alinea iOS app. This role requires someone who is ambitious, fast-moving, and creative, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and adapt to new challenges. The position involves working across different parts of the tech stack and continuously learning new skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with founders and lead designer on product roadmap
• Writing clean, performant production code with thorough unit testing
• Frontend development in SwiftUI with ability to support backend needs
• Contributing to overall product strategy and direction

Technical requirements include 3+ years of full stack development experience, strong CS fundamentals, and the ability to build end-to-end client-server applications. The role uses Swift/SwiftUI for frontend and Node.js/TypeScript with MongoDB/AWS for backend infrastructure.
