Retail Business Services (RBS) at Amazon is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join their team that supports Amazon's worldwide retail business growth. The role focuses on three core areas: Selection (sourcing and enriching ASINs), Defect Elimination (resolving supply chain issues), and supporting operational processes. The tech team develops automation leveraging Machine/Deep Learning to scale complex tasks.

As an Application Engineer, you'll serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert, leading multi-team projects and resolving complex support issues. You'll work on improving operational efficiency through SLAs, metrics, and monitoring while developing high-performing applications. The role requires strong debugging skills, database knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
