Requirements For Application Security Engineer, AWS Proactive Security
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security
- Intermediate knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication protocols, cryptography
- Understanding of network and web protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Understanding of web services
- Experience with multiple programming languages
