Our Support Engineering team provides 24/7 technical support in Japanese, with multiple global locations covering different time zones. This eliminates the need for night shifts and enables a healthy work-life balance. The team is structured around 10 technical profiles including Analytics, BigData, Database, Deployment, Development and Mobile Services, Linux, Networking, Storage and Content Delivery, Security, and Windows.
