Join Amazon's Storewalk program as a Research Analyst (RA) where you'll be at the forefront of improving customer shopping experiences through machine learning solutions. The role combines technical expertise in ML/AI with business impact, focusing on elevating customer experience by targeting high-opportunity shopping missions within Amazon stores.

As an RA, you'll collaborate with Applied Scientists to develop and implement cutting-edge ML solutions, drive product pilots, and build scalable systems. The position requires strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning, combined with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable improvements.

The Storewalk program specifically focuses on understanding and optimizing customer journey patterns, identifying friction points, and implementing solutions to improve sales conversion rates.   • Scoping, driving and delivering complex projects across multiple teams
  • Performing root cause analysis using data
  • Conducting analysis of large datasets to identify patterns and trends
