Amazon's Last Mile Routing & Planning organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their team focused on creating cutting-edge data and science-driven technologies for package delivery. This role is part of the team that builds software, algorithms, and tools responsible for the billions of daily decisions needed for safe and efficient delivery routes worldwide. The position involves working with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to drive improvements in Amazon's Last Mile delivery network through data analytics and insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights that will improve the efficiency and quality of route planning systems. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining key business metrics, developing automated dashboards, and engineering data-driven processes. The position demands both technical expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of data and operations, helping to optimize delivery services across multiple Amazon initiatives including Amazon Logistics, Prime Now, Amazon Flex, Amazon Fresh, and Lockers.
