Business Intelligence Engineer, Customer Service People Experience and Technology (CS PXT)

The Worldwide Amazon Stores (WWAS) and G&A HR Partner (HRP) team is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive critical data-driven decisions for senior leadership. This role combines technical expertise in data engineering with business acumen to deliver actionable insights. You'll work with large datasets, build automated analytics solutions, and partner directly with senior leaders to optimize HR operations and strategy.

The position requires strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in AWS technologies and data warehousing. You'll be responsible for creating scalable data pipelines, developing analytical models, and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
