Amazon's MENA CX Product team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to spearhead data-driven initiatives for their online shopping experience. Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Engineer, MENA CX Product

  • Lead efforts to quantify customer funnel and build entitlements
  • Automate daily/weekly tracking of shopping events
  • Partner with Product managers, Tech and Business teams in MENA
  • Establish feature value and influence stakeholders
  • Own shopping funnel entitlements and feature quantification
  • Lead reporting of shopping journeys in dual languages
  • Analyze platform impact of launched/experimental features

Requirements For Business Intelligence Engineer, MENA CX Product

Python
  • 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
  • Experience using SQL and Python for data processing and modeling
