Business Intelligence Engineer, People Analytics, Technology, and Operations Excellence (PATOE)

This role focuses on deriving insights from data to enhance employee experience and development across NA Customer Fulfillment, Global Operations Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. The position involves designing and implementing data solutions to empower front-line leaders, working with complex datasets, and developing automated reporting systems. The successful candidate will join a team of Engineers, Data Professionals, Product Managers, and Scientists, contributing to scalable data products that support Employee Relations, Global Learning & Development, and WW Operations.
