Business Intelligence Engineer, Ring AI Data Management

Join Ring AI Data Management as a Business Intelligence Engineer where you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making for business process automation and workforce performance management. The team owns tools and services for Ring's growing ML-based Research & Development needs, managing centralized R&D data ingestion and aggregation.

In this role, you'll work with complex data sets to create self-service dashboards and collaborate closely with data engineers on reporting automation. You'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, optimizing information flow, and delivering clear, actionable insights. The position requires strong analytical abilities and technical skills to develop data-driven proposals for employee efficiency optimization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with relational databases, complex SQL queries, data modeling, and ETL pipelines. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for data processing, along with experience in AWS services (Redshift, S3, Athena) is essential. You should also be skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
