Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer - AI/Machine Learning

  • Take ownership of customers' complex technical questions and identify root causes
  • Provide solutions tailored to each customer's situation
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Host technical training sessions and mentor new hires
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Perform troubleshooting using internal tooling
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - AI/Machine Learning

  • Experience or knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence and GenAI
  • Experience with managing network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, routing protocols, and firewalls) and system administration (Linux or Windows)
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Java, Scala, C, C++, Perl, JavaScript)
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical work experience (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (preferred)
