Amazon Web Services (AWS) Support Engineering team is seeking Cloud Support Engineers to provide technical assistance to customers utilizing AWS cloud services. The Cloud Support Engineer's primary responsibility is to help customers innovate through technical expertise. Through daily customer interactions, you'll engage with various use cases, creating a natural learning environment. You'll also play a crucial role in providing feedback to service development teams about AWS service challenges and improvements identified through customer inquiries.
The team provides 24/7 Japanese technical support through web forms, phone, and chat. With support centers worldwide, there's no need for night shifts. The team structure ensures work-life harmony by enabling smooth handoffs between different time zones.
The role involves working within one of 10 technical profiles, including Analytics, BigData, Database, Deployment, Development and Mobile Services, Linux, Networking, Storage and Content Delivery, Security, and Windows. Assignment to a profile is based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
