The role involves deep diving into complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and finding root causes for customer problems related to big data services like EMR, Athena, Glue, Redshift, and other AWS analytics offerings. You'll communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and web chat, requiring excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical solutions, conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and collaborating with various AWS teams including Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Service Development teams worldwide.
