Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Containers to join their Support Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting containerization services including EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate, App Mesh, and Batch. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, helping customers succeed by leveraging AWS services. You'll work in a follow-the-sun model, supporting a global customer base building mission-critical applications.

The role combines technical problem-solving with customer interaction, requiring both deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, develop solutions, and work directly with customers through various channels. Beyond technical support, you'll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, create technical content, mentor team members, and provide valuable feedback to AWS service teams.

  • Good understanding of Linux, Networking concepts and protocols
