Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer II specializing in Big Data to join our Premium Support Team. As the world's largest cloud provider, AWS is transforming the cloud computing industry with over 200 products and services. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, acting as a 'Cloud Ambassador' while supporting our global customer base.

You'll work with cutting-edge cloud computing technologies, solving complex technical challenges and providing expert support to customers implementing AWS solutions. The position requires both Portuguese and English language fluency, combining technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer support.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting critical customer issues across multiple AWS services, applying advanced problem-solving techniques, and contributing to the improvement of our support processes. You'll also create technical content for our developer community and work in a global, follow-the-sun support model.

The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of technical experience in Internet-related sectors, with a strong background in system troubleshooting and customer support. You'll need a bachelor's degree in a technical field and experience with cloud/distributed computing technology, particularly in areas like large-scale server fleet management and Hadoop environments.
