Cloud Support Engineer Intern, Support Engineering

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking talented interns to join their Support Engineering team in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work with the world's leading cloud platform provider, offering over 200 fully featured services globally. As a Cloud Support Engineer Intern, you'll be at the forefront of transformational technology, working with leading companies and directly with Amazon's engineering teams.

The internship is full-time (38 hours/week) running for 12 consecutive weeks from Dec to Feb 2026. You'll receive comprehensive training and development with guidance from your manager and both local and global mentors. Your role will involve solving complex technical challenges for AWS customers through various channels including phone, email, and web chat. You'll apply advanced troubleshooting techniques, dive deep into root causes, and provide tailored solutions. The position spans multiple AWS services and technologies including cloud computing, databases, networking, operating systems, security, and more.
